We operate between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays
How long has Wharphy been in business?
We launched in the Dallas market in March 2014 when our name was spelled Wharfie. We expanded to the Phoenix market in July of 2023.
How is Wharphy different from other delivery apps like Uber, Veho, Dropoff, and Jitsu?
We focus on scheduled, not instant, delivery for businesses with nonperishable, small, medium, and large parcels.

Do you charge by the mile, monthly fee, per delivery fee, or a combination?
We charge a monthly fee plus a per delivery based on your historical volume.

Medium Business Plan
Monthly Fee: $300
Price per Delivery: $6
Delivery Volume: Up to 200 deliveries per month

Large Business Plan

Delivery Volume: Up to 500 deliveries per month

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we invoice for service provided from Monday through Saturday on the next Monday morning, payable immediately.
Do you off pickup at a specific time say 9:15 AM?
No, but we do offer two-hour pick-up windows as follows:
8 AM-10 AM
10 AM - 12 PM
12 PM- 2 PM
2 PM- 4 PM
4 PM- 6 PM
Do you drop off at a specific time, say 2:30 PM?
No, but we do offer two-hour dropoff windows as follows:
8 AM-10 AM
10 AM - 12 PM
