Coverage
Where Wharphy picks up, and where we deliver.
These are two different areas, and the difference matters. Pickup determines whether we can serve your business. The delivery network determines where your customers can be.
Merchant pickup area
≈15 driving miles
From 910 W Carver Rd, Tempe, AZ 85284. If your business is inside this area, we can economically collect your orders on the daily pickup run.
Delivery network
≈50 driving miles
The broader Greater Phoenix footprint we deliver into. Every plan includes delivery anywhere inside this network at no added distance charge — your orders are batched with other local merchants on optimized routes, not run point-to-point. Beyond the network, deliveries are quoted at your plan rate plus $1.50 per driving mile past the boundary.
An example: a shop in Chandler sits about 10 driving miles from our Tempe hub, so it is inside the 15-mile pickup area. That same shop can ship to a customer in Peoria roughly 40 driving miles away — still inside the 50-mile delivery network. Pickup distance and delivery distance are measured separately, and both are driving miles, not straight-line distance.
