All distances are measured as driving miles, not straight-line distance. Pickup distance is measured from our Tempe hub to your business; delivery distance is measured from your pickup location to your customer. We batch your deliveries with other local merchants on optimized routes across the metro — that's how every plan includes the full ≈50-mile network at one flat per-delivery rate. Deliveries beyond our ≈50-mile network are quoted at the plan rate plus $1.50 per driving mile past the boundary.
