These terms cover use of this website and the general basis of Wharphy's delivery services. Merchant service agreements are made separately in writing.

Prices, operating times, coverage distances and calculator results shown on this site are estimates for planning purposes and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer, guarantee or binding quote.

Service availability

Wharphy operates in Greater Phoenix, Arizona. Pickup availability depends on your location relative to our operating hub, and delivery availability depends on distance and route capacity. Current operating times are a 1:00 PM order cutoff, 1:30–3:30 PM pickup and 3:30–7:30 PM delivery, and may be adjusted.

Items we carry

Wharphy is built for non-perishable merchandise and e-commerce orders. Prohibited, hazardous, regulated or perishable items are outside our service.

Billing

Merchant delivery services are invoiced under the terms of your service agreement. Plan-specific minimums and add-on charges apply as described at the time of onboarding.
