When you submit the merchant form we collect your business name, contact name, business email, phone number, website, pickup address, delivery volume and preferences, and any notes you provide. We also record basic campaign parameters from the link you arrived on so we know which outreach channel reached you.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate service fit, contact you about Wharphy delivery services, and set up delivery operations if you become a merchant. We do not sell your information.

Delivery information

To deliver an order, Wharphy handles recipient names, addresses, contact details and delivery confirmation. We use that information to perform the delivery and support it, and we share it only with the people and systems involved in completing the delivery.

Storage and access

Merchant submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authenticated Wharphy staff can view them, and access is restricted by role.
